Flashbangs are a Tactical Support unlock, grouped with hobby drones, spike strips, and ballistic shields. Equip notes say flashbangs can require a Breacher.

Open the experience, click Store at the lower left, type the code into the Enter Code field at the upper right of that window, and press Redeem.

Dispatch writeups place Global Raids at Department Level 7. You assign one of your units, and the operation is shared with departments on other servers. Clans are capped at 20 members.
