Wanted targets and Global Raids are the two late operations. They use the same officers and gear as street calls, with a higher gate and a named suspect in the one published dossier.
Danny "Lock" Mercer
Mercer is a Deluxe Street Crew leader used as the barricaded high-value example. The dossier writeup covers syndicate ties, a threat rating, and a barricaded hideout. Scenes named for this kind of call include Maple Apartments, the city hospital, and Crew hideouts.
- Read the dossier before you roll.
- Pick a side-door breach or a rear flank. Negotiate is also listed as an action on barricaded arrests.
- Send more than the starter solo squad once Unit Bravo or Charlie exists.
- Take the suspect into custody, then collect evidence cases, weapon drops, capture bonuses, and bonus crates.
No bounty dollar amount or health value is published for Mercer.
Districts that change the map
Downtown is the Level 3 district. Later tiers open office towers and the city hospital. Harbor Avenue is named for pursuits. Banks are the high-crossfire front-entry example.
Global Raids and clans
Global Raids are written as a Department Level 7 unlock. You assign one unit. That unit joins commanders on other servers for a large operation and a shared funding pool. A clan can hold up to 20 members and is described as a way to organize those operations. Unlock text also says the department needs a substantial cash reserve. The reserve number is not given.
If a raid option is missing, check the department level before you look for a second button. Street auto-patrol research does not unlock Global Raids.
The dispatch guide covers the entry types these raids still use.
