Headquarters growth and the command research terminal are separate spends. One opens squads and districts. The other changes how entries and patrols work.
Milestones that are actually named
| Milestone | What guides attach to it |
|---|---|
| Headquarters Level 3 | Extra garage capacity and Unit Charlie. Also used as the Downtown unlock in the beginner writeup. |
| Department Level 3 | Downtown district in the dispatch writeup. |
| Headquarters Level 4 | More officer capacity. |
| Department Level 5 | Requirement printed on the NIGHTOPS code. |
| Department Level 7 | Global Raids. |
| Higher district tiers | Commercial office towers and the city hospital, without a single published level number. |
Headquarters Level 3 and Department Level 3 are not given as two different numbers in one source. They may be one counter with two labels. Check both the building upgrade and the department level in your own session before you assume Downtown and Unit Charlie arrive together.
Unit Bravo is only described as a later department upgrade. No level number is published.
Research nodes
Projects queue one at a time unless a premium pass expands that queue. Do not assume the 149 Robux Research Queue pass is that expansion; its store description is empty.
| Project | Documented effect |
|---|---|
| Basic Entry | Fundamental breach procedure. |
| Aggressive Entry | Faster room clearing on time-sensitive calls. |
| Shotgun Breaching | Listed both as an entry node and as a tool unlocked with the breaching armory. |
| Hydraulic Spreaders | Same split: named as a node and as an armory unlock. |
| Dynamic Building Records | Patrol units answer nearby minor calls without a manual dispatch. Also called automated dynamics, automated patrol policies, and automated response. |
| Breaching Armory | Breaching charges, shotgun breaching kits, and hydraulic spreaders. |
| Tactical Support | Hobby drones, spike strips, flashbangs, and ballistic shields. |
| Tactical queuing | Named as a research option. The exact queue rule is not spelled out. |
Station work between upgrades
Guides list brake-pad replacement, cruiser washes, armory cleaning, evidence filing, and incident-report processing as routine commander tasks. They are not given cash values.
Cash sources for these purchases are in earning cash.
